These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between Shridhar Future Overseas , a consultancy firm duly established and registered in Pathankot, Punjab, India (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”, “We”, or “Us”), and any individual or entity engaging our services (hereinafter referred to as “The Client”, “You”, or “Applicant”).
By accessing, using, or engaging the professional services of Shridhar Future Overseas , you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the provisions, covenants, and obligations contained herein.
1. Scope of Services
1.1. The Company provides consultancy and advisory services in the domain of immigration, study abroad, work permits, permanent residency applications, and travel visas.
1.2. The services offered include but are not limited to:
• Guidance regarding visa applications and documentation;
• Counseling for academic institutions abroad;
• Assistance in preparing and submitting visa forms;
• Preliminary review of documentation for accuracy and completeness;
• Advisory support in case of visa refusals.
1.3. The Company does not act as an Embassy, Consulate, High Commission, or Government Authority, nor does it exercise influence over the decision-making powers of such authorities. Visa issuance or refusal is an independent decision of the respective government or diplomatic body.

2. Nature of Consultancy
2.1. All opinions, advice, and guidance provided by Shridhar Future Overseas are based on professional experience, knowledge of immigration rules, and Embassy requirements at the time of consultation.
2.2. Immigration laws, Embassy policies, and visa regulations are subject to frequent changes. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from policy amendments, procedural alterations, or diplomatic decisions beyond its control.
3. Service Fees and Payment Terms
3.1. All consultancy fees are payable in advance or in accordance with the mutually agreed payment plan.
3.2. All payments made to the Company are for professional consultancy services only and do not include visa fees, biometric fees, medical examination costs, translation charges, courier expenses, or any other ancillary charges imposed by external authorities.
3.3. Service fees once paid shall be treated as non-transferable and non-adjustable against other services unless explicitly agreed in writing by the Company.

4. Refund & Non-Refundable Conditions
4.1. While Shridhar Future Overseas strives to maintain a fair and transparent refund policy, the Company shall not entertain refund claims under circumstances where visa refusal is directly attributable to the conduct, omissions, or misrepresentations of the Client.
4.2. In particular, no refund shall be issued if a visa is refused by the concerned Embassy, Consulate, or Immigration Authority on any of the following grounds, which are hereby declared exhaustive but not limiting:
• 4.2.1. Submission of fake, fraudulent, fabricated, or forged documents during the application process.
• 4.2.2. Submission of documents that are mismatched, inconsistent, or contradictory to the Client’s declared information or prior submissions.
• 4.2.3. Discovery of insufficient funds, inadequate bank statements, or lack of financial proof as determined by the Embassy.
• 4.2.4. Provision of false, misleading, or materially incorrect information by the Client in any form, including oral statements, application forms, or supporting documentation.
• 4.2.5. Failure to attend a scheduled Embassy or Consulate interview, biometric appointment, or medical test without valid justification.
• 4.2.6. Rejection based on the Client’s criminal history, immigration ban, overstay record, or prior deportation.
• 4.2.7. Refusal based on failure to satisfy Embassy requirements relating to academic qualifications, work experience, or language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.).
• 4.2.8. Non-disclosure of prior visa refusals, pending applications, or material facts relevant to the application.
• 4.2.9. Rejection due to suspected or proven misrepresentation, negligence, or omission of key facts by the Client.
• 4.2.10. Embassy refusal arising from discretionary powers, security checks, or country-specific policies that cannot be influenced by the Company.
4.3. The Client expressly acknowledges that service fees are not refundable under the above circumstances, irrespective of the outcome of the application.
4.4. Any refund, if applicable under exceptional circumstances, shall be processed only at the sole discretion of Shridhar Future Overseas and after deduction of administrative charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. The Client undertakes to provide complete, truthful, and accurate information and documentation at every stage of the process.
5.2. The Client affirms that all documents submitted to the Company are genuine, valid, and legally obtained.
5.3. The Client shall promptly notify the Company of any changes in personal circumstances, including marital status, employment, financial standing, health condition, or criminal record, which may affect the visa application.
5.4. The Client shall be solely responsible for attending Embassy interviews, submitting biometrics, undergoing medical examinations, and complying with deadlines imposed by immigration authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Shridhar Future Overseas shall not be held liable for any financial loss, opportunity loss, emotional distress, or reputational damage arising from visa refusal.
6.2. The Company does not guarantee visa approval, nor does it undertake any liability for decisions rendered by immigration authorities.
6.3. Liability of the Company, if established by a competent court of law, shall in no event exceed the total consultancy fee paid by the Client.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
7.1. All personal information and documentation provided by the Client shall be treated as strictly confidential.
7.2. The Company shall use such information solely for the purpose of providing consultancy services and submitting applications to the relevant authorities.
7.3. The Company shall not be liable for data breaches, cyber-attacks, or unauthorized disclosures occurring due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. The Company shall not be liable for delays, failures, or disruptions in service caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
• Changes in immigration laws or Embassy policies;
• Natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, or medical emergencies;
• Political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions;
• Technical failures or internet disruptions;
• War, terrorism, or acts of God.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
9.2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pathankot, Punjab.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. The Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation and mutual consultation.
10.2. If such resolution fails, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall take place in Pathankot, Punjab, and proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
11. Indemnification
11.1. The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shridhar Future Overseas , its employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, penalties, or liabilities arising from:
• Submission of fraudulent or false documents;
• Misrepresentation or concealment of material facts;
• Any act or omission by the Client that results in visa refusal or legal consequences.
12. Termination of Services
12.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate services without refund in the event of:
• Discovery of fake or fraudulent documents;
• Non-cooperation or failure to provide required documents;
• Abusive, threatening, or unethical behavior towards staff;
• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire Agreement between Shridhar Future Overseas and the Client. No oral statements, prior representations, or external promises shall have binding effect unless expressly incorporated herein in writing.
15. Acknowledgement
By signing, accepting, or using our services, the Client expressly acknowledges that they have:
• Read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
• Agreed to abide by all clauses, including the non-refundable fee provisions in the event of Embassy refusal;
• Accepted that visa approval lies solely within the discretionary powers of the concerned authorities.
