Cancellation & Refund Policy – Dhiman Tour and Travel

At Shridhar Future Overseas (SFOVERSEAS.COM), we aim to provide transparent and client-friendly services. However, as immigration and visa processes involve third-party authorities (Embassies, Consulates, VFS, etc.), our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.

How to Cancel

            •          Clients may request cancellation of their service by contacting us directly through our official phone numbers or email.

            •          If you have applied for multiple visas or services, you must clearly identify which application(s) you wish to cancel.

            •          All cancellations will be confirmed officially, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original mode of payment after deducting applicable service charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

            •          All cancellation charges are per visa / per applicant.

            •          If cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking the service, the following charges apply:

            •          ₹300 (inclusive of GST) per visa for online visa file (if not yet processed).

            •          ₹600 (inclusive of GST) per visa for consultancy services (if not yet processed).

No Refund in the Following Cases

Refunds will not be applicable if:

            •          Cancellation is requested after 24 hours of booking.

            •          The visa file has already been submitted to the Embassy/Consulate/VFS.

            •          Client cancels after our team has verified/collected documents or submitted them to relevant authorities.

            •          Visa refusal occurs due to fake, incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable documents provided by the client.

            •          The client withdraws, fails to attend an appointment, interview, or medical test required by authorities.

            •          Refusal results from prior immigration violations, blacklisting, or security-related issues.

Rescheduling & Document Collection

            •          Clients are entitled to one free rescheduling for document verification or collection.

            •          Any additional rescheduling will incur a charge of ₹300 (inclusive of GST) per applicant.

            •          If our team visits and required documents are still incomplete, an additional visit charge of ₹300 will be applicable.

Third-Party Appointments (VFS Global & Others)

            •          If your visa is processed through VFS Global or similar third-party agencies, their refund/rescheduling policies will apply.

            •          In case of a no-show at the scheduled appointment, Shridhar Future Overseas will assist in rescheduling only after the applicant pays the required rescheduling fee set by the respective agency.

            •          Charges may vary by country, city, and application center.

Refund Processing

            •          Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method.

            •          Shridhar Future Overseas is not liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party agencies.

            •          The company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
