At Shridhar Future Overseas, we believe in transparency, trust, and client-first service. That’s why we offer a Full Refund Assurance Policy in most genuine refusal cases. If your visa application does not go through due to reasons beyond your control, we will refund 100% of our service charges (excluding third-party or government fees).
Terms & Conditions of Refund
• ✅ A full refund of consultancy service charges is applicable only once per client under this policy.
• ✅ Refund applies only for genuine visa refusal cases where all documents were accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• ✅ Refund does not include Embassy/Consulate fees, VFS charges, courier charges, payment gateway charges, language test fees (IELTS/TOEFL), medical checkups, or other third-party expenses.
• ✅ Refunds will not be applicable in cases of:
• Submission of fake, forged, or unverifiable documents.
• Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.
• Past immigration violations, overstays, or blacklisting of the applicant.
• Refusal due to insufficient funds, financial discrepancies, or inability to prove ties to home country.
• Failure of the client to attend scheduled Embassy/Consulate interviews, biometrics, or medical examinations.
• Application withdrawal, cancellations initiated by the client, or incomplete documentation submission.
• ✅ Refund will be processed only after proper verification by Shridhar Future Overseas’ compliance team.
• ✅ The approved refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 15–20 working days.
• ✅ This offer is non-transferable and valid only for the client who has applied.
• ✅ Shridhar Future Overseas is not liable for refund delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other third parties.
• ✅ We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this refund policy at any time, without prior notice.
• ✅ Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pathankot District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, India.
